Christmas gift & delivery
Extended exchange service
All orders placed on or after December 1st, (and before December 22nd) 2020 can be exchanged until January 7th 2021.
We always recommend that you order your Christmas gifts early. The extra pressure that is on the delivery services this time of year can, unfortunately, mean delays.
You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the items. We only accept returns for purchases made from WAWAs own website.
In order to make a return or exchange items the following conditions apply:
– We only accept returns for purchases made from WAWAs own website.
– Items need to be unworn.
– Items need to be unwashed.
– Items must be returned with all original tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than tried on) will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or the refund refused.
All returns need a filled-out return note, including both order reference number and customer contact details. The form can be downloaded here: RETURN NOTE
Please fill-in the “Customer information” slip out and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping.
Remember to keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches WAWA Copenhagen ApS. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for refund.
To exchange your items, please follow the same steps as to return. We are able to exchange your items for another size, provided that it is in stock. Please note that this is a service provided once per order. You are responsible for the return cost, but we will send you the new ones free of charge.
