Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with WAWA Copenhagen ApS, at wawa-cph.com. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing order on www.wawa-cph.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with WAWA Copenhagen ApS and accept the Terms and Conditions listed below. We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order, unless we have been required to make the change by law.
1. Submitting your order
Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order and make changes if needed. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected. Please note that the order will not be valid if WAWA cannot confirm the billing- and/or shipping addresses that have been provided. We also reserve the right to only accept orders from individuals over the age of 18.
We only sell items that we have in stock. Items may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout. Please note that all prices and product information on www.wawa-cph.com are subject to change. We reserve the right to change/cancel an order in the event that stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.

You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. We use a 3D secure authentication at the checkout to ensure that your card details are safely processed.
The total order sum will be reserved on your payment card until your order is shipped from our warehouse. WAWA cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates. Please note, all prices quoted on the website for products include taxes/VAT. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
3. Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. Check you spam-filter if you have not received the confirmation after 30 min.
4. Changes in your order
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you cannot make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your order or if there are errors in the registered customer information details provided, it is your responsibility to contact WAWA Customer Service immediately at email@example.com or on +45 52 64 86 04.
Our website and e-commerce platform is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
6. Customs and sales tax/VAT
All prices quoted on the website for products include taxes/VAT. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
Delivery and returns
We ship worldwide and dispatch all orders within 1-2 days during business days (Monday - Friday) with the exception of sale and other peak periods where orders may take longer to process. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
Tracking and shipping fees
You can follow your order with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation, which you get by email as soon as we dispatch your order.
– Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
– International orders will be delivered within 1-7 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
Shipping fees will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step. Shipping fees are as follows:
– Denmark: Free shipping. (Greenland and Faroe Islands are not included).
– European Union: (incl. Norway and United Kingdom) 15 EUR. Shipping on orders above 70 € gets free shipping.
– Outside European Union: 20 EUR. Shipping on orders above 140 € gets free shipping.
Uncollected packages: WAWA will not pay shipping for uncollected packages. WAWA is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Should there be delays with any courier, WAWA cannot be held liable.
If a delivery is delayed, cannot be dispatched or only part of the order is able to be dispatched, due to items not being in stock, the consumer will be informed hereof as quickly as possible or at the latest 14 days after the order has been placed. In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the order, free of charge. WAWA will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination of the order.
You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the items. We only accept returns for purchases made from WAWAs own website. The items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original WAWA tags still attached and intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than tried on) will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or the refund refused.
All returns must include a filled-out return note, including both order reference number and customer contact details. The form can be downloaded here: RETURN NOTE
Remember to keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches WAWA Copenhagen ApS. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for refund.
To exchange your items, please follow the same steps as to return. We are able to exchange your items for another size, provided that it is in stock. Please note that this is a service provided once per order. You are responsible for the return cost, but we will send you the new ones free of charge.
As a customer you have a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us within a reasonable time after you have found the defect.
Where applicable, WAWA can offer to repair items. If an item cannot be repaired or an identical item is no longer in stock, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
